Mikanon only breeds to improve the breed.  We have been involved in dog shows and breeding for more than 30 years.  Our youngest daughter has taken a love in showing our dogs for us.  All of our dogs are shown by our daughter Kimberly Bettandorff.

Mikanon currently has 3 Norwegian Elkhounds (2 males and 1 female), 1 male Swedish Vallhund and 1 male 15 inch Beagle, 1 female 13 inch Beagle
